Throughout the journey of learning business skills, and indeed well before that during her early business years Lara developed shortlists, frameworks and sheets to enable a fast sense check of the changes that she felt were necessary. Company Shortcuts is a summary of these and other frameworks offered by mates, associates and professionals whom have willingly shared their personal checklists to help progress the growth acceleration of business.

In Lara’s experience, entrepreneurs want quick fire, (less words) easy to communicate and apply lists, not bucket loads of babble to trundle through. An average list of things to think about well applied is far more likely to get progress within the company, than an individual whom has to wade through reading material that is too heavy on the mind after a long day of business demands.

Some templates apply to very small companies, others do not but perhaps tweaked they might be useful. We accept that the majority of templates need tweaking, customizing or some change. Enterprise is about selecting the best and most profitable opportunities, those that are able to be repeatedly sold, and sold with little impact on administration, that could accelerate profitable fast growth. In working ‘hard and smart’ you will create your own luck. By being in touch with the customer, listening to feedback and by being in the right place at the right time connections are inevitably made that – when followed through – lead to profitable outcomes. You can download and own a shortcut, ready for your own individual customization for £ 4.70 + VAT a copy.

You can buy a full series for £ 39.00 + VAT. Each series can range from no less than 8 documents to possibly 14 shortcuts and includes a flow chart diagram to show what documents are included in the SECTOR you are buying with a guide of whom and how to apply these documents.

Our FULL PACK OWNERSHIP costs £ 197.00 + VAT. Currently the shortcuts collection consists of 80 templates – all with proven track records to help you develop better business actions and improve overall success. All of these downloads are in amendable format and ready for you to customize and own. As a one off charge you gain full ownership and can use it again and again.
